Party Policy & Procedure
Deposit
All reservations for parties of three or more people must be reserved and guaranteed with a deposit. Your day will be secured upon the receipt of your deposit. Additional payment to cover remaining costs will be charged one week prior to the wedding to allow for a seamless, stressless experience. Any additional services will be charged at the end of the day. The deposits will be applied to the balance.
Payment
Any remaining balance is due one week before day of service. Prices are subject to change as attendant’s needs change or as services are added or upgraded. An 18% service charge will be added to your total services. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
Contract & Appointment Changes
All agreements will be made in writing. The ‘Bridal Consultation' with the ‘Bridal Contract’ must be returned to Revive Day Spa with your deposit. The wedding coordinator will email you a proposal with all of the services, times, and totals for any services booked. Both parties must agree upon all changes or additions to wedding party services after the contract is signed. Please submit a signed & dated contract by email or in person at Revive Day Spa. To confirm all changes please reach out by phone or email no later than 30 days prior to the service date. Charges for guests requiring additional services or deleting service must be paid in full on the day of service.
Cancelations
*Services cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to date of service will be refunded 50% of original payment. The deposit is non refundable. All cancellations made with less than seven (7) days notice will be charged the entire cost of the cancelled service(s) and will be placed on the final bill. *The individual signing this contract may permit only one other person to authorize or submit and change any scheduled service for the wedding party. Cancellations due to emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis per the wedding coordinator’s discretion.
Travel
*Revive Day Spa is happy to accommodate your needs if you prefer to receive your wedding day services away from our spa. For every hour of travel both to and from our location in Aberdeen SD. Please discuss these plans at the time you schedule your services so ample time can be scheduled for travel to your wedding site.
Late Arrivals
*If the wedding party is more than thirty minutes late, the party will be charged an additional late fee for each guest serviced. Tardiness results in scheduling and service conflicts for you and other clients following your appointment(s). If a wedding party is late for the scheduled service appointment time(s) and notifies us of a new arrival time, stylists may or may not be able to accommodate the new arrival time. If the scope of the original contract cannot be fulfilled due to client’s tardiness, services may be reduced; however, clients are liable for the original contracted amount. If a wedding party is more than one (1) hour late without making contact with us, forfeiting services will be the result and the guest is considered a no-show. This results in the client forfeiting all deposits and being charged for the full contracted amount.
